RG Floors is based in Melbourne’s South East suburbs and can effectively service all of Melbourne metropolitan and greater regional Victoria commercial market needs. Our team works with clients from the initial site inspection and quoting, project managing the installation through the completion of the job to deliver the Maintenance & Warranty Packs.

Bob Gilbert
Owner and General Manager, Bob has over thirty years floor-covering industry experience in commercial sales and carpet manufacturing.

Richard Cross
Our school specialist, Richard has worked with some of Victoria major education facilities such as Wesley College, Caulfield Grammar, Ormond College and Swinburne University. Prior to joining RG Floors, Richard worked for Feltex, Australia’s largest carpet manufacturer.

Nic Gilbert
Recently joining the RG Floors team as our Heath and Aged Care specialist, Nic previously worked for Melbourne Health & Spotless services in Project / Facility Management. Nic brings to the team a unique understanding of the ACHS accreditation standards within the health sector and recommend procedures that comply to these guidelines

Paul Briffa
As Warehouse Manager Paul co-ordinates all deliveries through our factory, conducts detailed floor planning and works with our installation teams.
